MIPIM a la Brum

Who needs  Cannes when the fine wines, superb French cuisine and all the key property professionals you could ever need can be found right here in the Jewellery Quarter?

Jilly, along with Eddie Morse (Nolan Associates) and Mike Hargreaves (Coltham Developments) gathered 100 of Birmingham’s best networkers to The Bucklemaker for a luxury 5 course lunch which included Fois Gras, Moules Mariniere, Coq au Vin, French Cheeses and Petit Fours.

The MIPIM Alternative squeezed what is normally a hectic four day schedule into one all-dayer. Needless to say, the next day, guests still needed their usual supply of alka seltzer!

Never one to miss out on the chance to raise a bit of money for charity, Jilly was on hand to give every guest a brand new Comic Relief red nose in exchange for a generous donation. By the end of the day they’d raised £500

It just proves that generosity can overcome the credit crunch!
