Newhall Square Birmingham

Barques have won a pitch to secure the marketing for Newhall Square, located on Newhall Street in the Jewellery Quarter. This is a vibrant new mixed use development on the site of the former Science Museum on Newhall Street which will include a range of new and restored listed buildings set around a major new square fronting the canal. Newhall Square already contains a one hundred bed Travelodge hotel and will have a variety of commercial spaces including bars and restaurants, all set around a landscaped square.

We are thrilled here at Barques to have won the account and we will be starting work shortly on the individual lettings brochures, plus the masterplan brochure for the entire project. Watch this space to see the final designs!
