Brief

To produce a marketing campaign for the duration of the build of these offices, taking it through to a launch and post-build marketing.

Solution

Barques generated the brand for the building to reflect its ‘green credentials’. The advertising campaign and pre-completion marketing material reflected the quality of the building and its visual impact. The branding consistently carries through all marketing materials, including the theming for the building launch. The final brochure and website were designed to reflect the building’s unique aspects. The website was redeveloped into HTML and JQuery and can now be seen on mobile technologies such as smartphones and tablets.

More recently we launched a campaign to ‘Reduce your carbon footprint here’ which was based around educating potential tenants to the benefits on offer from a ‘green’ building such as Langley Point. We dressed the building with vinyl graphics (including a giant footprint with QR code on the side of the building), ceiling hangers and free standing displays highlighting key facts about the building. A ‘green footprint’ mat containing QR code was also used outside Metro Bar to raise awareness, the code takes visitors to a specific area of the website where they will get an overview of how Langley Point can help a company reduce their carbon footprint.
