iPort is South Yorkshire’s premier logistics hub with the potential to create up to 5,000 new jobs through 6 million sq ft of build-to-suit warehousing opportunities. How could we support Verdion in branding and marketing this multi-million-pound scheme and in creating a suite of assets capable of attracting the attention of high-profile new occupiers?
We built a user-friendly, standalone website to showcase Verdion’s iPort scheme, with high-quality graphics, interactive maps and a suite of downloadable assets. Care was taken to ensure exceptional user experience, with an emphasis on speed and simplicity through the use of a clear and simple navigational menu. Our creative team designed and printed iPort brochures and postcards, as well as producing digital marketing tools including custom e-marketing templates. Our experience of marketing major development schemes has enabled us to design and deploy large-scale on-site signage and advertising for both iPort and a string of Verdion’s other European schemes.
