Verdion is a real estate investor, developer and asset manager specialising in high quality European industrial and logistics real estate.
From central London headquarters, the business has developed €800 million of high specification logistics and industrial space across Europe.

Market-leading logistics space
iPort is South Yorkshire’s multimodal logistics hub with the potential to create up to 5,000 new jobs through 6 million sq ft of build-to-suit warehousing opportunities. Verdion has been the driving force behind iPort since the early 2000s. The company hired Barques to brand and market this multi-million-pound scheme, commissioning an exciting suite of assets capable of attracting the attention of high-profile new occupiers, including Amazon, Lidl, CEVA and Fellowes.
From big ideas to tangible assets
We’ve delivered a whole host of creative and engaging online and offline marketing assets during the life of the iPort scheme to date, spanning planning and construction, right through to practical completion. They include branding, advertising and the design and development of a multi-faceted new website, complete with video, bespoke campaign-led photography, an interactive site aerial and downloadable assets. Check out the website here: www.iportuk.com
We’ve also produced a series of eye-catching brochures – both site-wide and unit specific – as well as Alpha cards, emailers and site signage. And we’ve even transformed a shipping container into a striking new marketing suite.

Unparalleled connectivity
Our long lasting relationship and experience of marketing major commercial property developments, has seen Barques chosen to deliver branding, advertising and digital services across several other Verdion schemes across Europe. They include the marketing of the iPort Rail facility through the creation of brochures, emailers, presentation materials and a new website that have showcased the terminal from construction to launch and beyond.
